Wow. This is a lot. But this is my first and biggest takeaway:
Foraging is making the most of what’s available. It’s knowing what to say yes to. What to say no to. And why. Foraging comes from recognizing what you need.

Whether it is the dysfunction within personal relationships, our denial of humans’ interdependence with the world, the compromises we make to play the “game”, or even in the lies we tell ourselves.
